In order to take the examination, the following documents are required and must be submitted to the EBR office:
Proof of training
indicating the duration of radiology training
and expected date of completion (if not yet complete) signed by the training institution.
Proof of active membership
of the relevant national radiological society.
For candidates with less than five years of training only:
Proof of experience
as a supervised staff radiologist is required.
For corresponding members only:
Proof of profession
from your current hospital/institution is required.
A scanned copy of your passport.
Documentation required in order to receive the EDiR certificate:
In order to receive the EDiR certificate the following documents must be
submitted and received by the EBR office as soon as available.
proof of licence to practise in radiology from the
official national registration body (for corresponding members and private practitioners only).
A Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) by the official national registration body or the training institution indicating a minimum of five years of radiology training. Please send this document per email or fax as soon as available after your successful EDiR examination. (For ESR members who have not completed their radiology training before the EDiR examination).
- A proof of membership of the ESR.
In cases where the training programme was less than five years, a proof of practice years as a supervised staff radiologist after your completion of radiology training is required (for candidates with less than five years of training only).
We recommend online submission of the required documents, but they can also be sent by email to diploma@myEBR.org. It is not necessary to use the templates provided, but all documents must be in English.
